The ICR Capital team is headed by Steve Parish (Co-Head, ICR Capital) and Lee Stettner (Co-Head, ICR Capital).
Steve Parish
Steve serves as Co-Head, ICR Capital. In his role, Steve is responsible for advising corporate management teams and financial sponsors across all industry verticals on the full spectrum of public equity market monetizations, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and block trades. Steve has focused on capital markets for his entire career. Most recently, Steve has spent the last decade as an Equity Capital Markets Advisor, advising U.S. and international issuers on multiple equity transactions. He also spent twenty-five years at Bear Stearns & Co as Senior Managing Director, holding senior leadership roles in equity capital markets, including Global Head of the Equity Transaction Group and Global Head of Equity Syndicate. He served on firm-wide committees such as the Commitment Committee and Equity Commitee. During his career, he has overseen the execution and has advised on over 1000 public equity and equity linked offerings.
Steve received a BA in History from Tulane University and an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business.
Lee Stettner
Lee serves as Co-Head, ICR Capital. He advises corporate management teams and financial sponsors across all industry verticals on the full spectrum of public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, follow-on offerings, block trades and convertible offerings. Lee also advises on mergers and acquisitions transaction processes. He has spent almost a decade as an Equity Capital Markets Advisor, advising U.S. and international issuers on multiple equity transactions. Previously, Lee was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) at J.P. Morgan, where he ran several industry verticals and served on the firm's equity commitment committee. Over the course of his career, Lee had senior positions at Deutsche Bank, where he was the Head of ECM and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking and Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for business services and healthcare ECM. Lee started his career at Dean Witter and Morgan Stanley.
Lee received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College.
