Stefanie Berlinger is Co-Managing Partner of Lilja & Co., an independent equity capital markets advisory firm with offices in Zurich and Frankfurt. She has been a Partner of the firm since 2006 and assumed the role of Co-Managing Partner on 1 January 2026. 

Prior to joining Lilja & Co., Stefanie was a Director of Deutsche Bank’s Equity Capital Markets and Institutional Equity Sales teams for eight years. She started her career as an ECM professional at DZ BANK in 1996.

Stefanie is on the Supervisory Board of DAX listed Brenntag SE, the world’s largest chemical distributor and has been a member of the Audit Committee since 2015.

Stefanie graduated in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Regensburg and Oxford Brookes University, Oxford (UK).
